What do we do? Massage therapy! We specialize in swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, lymphatic techniques, aromatherapy, and reiki. A lot of people ask "What's the difference between all the types of massage, and which type should I get?" We will focus on answering that first question by adding posts to this blog in the future which will spotlight different bodywork modalities. The short answer to the second question is that your massage will probably incorporate several types of techniques. Your therapist will customize your session according to your needs.
