I had the honor of speaking at the Savannah School of Massage Therapy's graduation this year and would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the graduates! When choosing a topic to speak about, I decided to narrow down my advice to them to three ideas that have helped me over the years, both personally and professionally. First, always honor yourself. It is important to know your boundaries and to take care of yourself in order to be able to serve others. Second, pay attention! This means always being aware of the messages that the universe has for you and be willing to act on them. Third, take risks. Increasing your comfort zone can only be done by stepping outside of it! It might be scary at first, but it gets easier, and the rewards are amazing.
